Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can receive a refund if requested within 14 days of the purchase date.  To receive a refund, please see below:

• Order number and associated email address must be provided
• Explanation for desired refund is requested
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval
• Refunds will not be granted for purchases made through third-party resellers

Additional Considerations

• If the refund request is for a product purchased with a discount as part of a bundle, the refund will be reduced by the amount equal to the difference between discount and full price of the other bundled product(s). The net impact will be an increase in price of the retained product
• We reserve the right to change pricing for products at any time and to correct inadvertent pricing errors. Should we reduce the price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you purchase your product, please contact support@mqalabs.com within 14 days of the price change to request refund of the difference in price. This excludes limited-time price reductions and special sales events, such as Black Friday. Price protection is limited to 2 units of a particular product

• At our discretion, if the software has been used to generate or modify files made available to the public, a refund request may be denied
